Welcome to Nos Lingo, a language learning platform dedicated to helping you master new languages in a fun and interactive environment. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nos Lingo mobile application, website, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Use of Our Service

Nos Lingo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any other purpose, and you will not:

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nos Lingo, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, or content providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

9. Changes to these Terms

Nos Lingo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the Terms and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review the Terms periodically to stay informed about our practices.
